Prime Residence New Cairo

Apartment's rooms were impeccably clean with comfortable beds. Staff was respectful, assisted with everything.

For the price I paid the room was neat and brand-new with comfortable beds. It was in a quiet and absolutely perfect place. Really helpful and professional staff, answered all my questions.

Tbh, the room was a little loud.

It had a marvellous setting short walk to shopping malls and famous restaurants, and restaurant and coffee shops. In fact, it was located near to everything. The whole experience was comfortable, we would recommend this apartment.

I had a really enjoyable 5 nights stay in Cairo.

I spent here 2 nights and felt right at home. Staff were competent and very very helpful, I truly enjoyed them all, nothing to complain about, had a real good stay. Beds were comfy and it had kitchenette. There was a bathtub. I did not want to leave, will be back.

I got great value for my money at Prime Residence New. The room was clean, fully furnished, and had all the necessary appliances. The location was convenient with many malls, restaurants, and banks nearby. The staff were professional, cute, and available 24/7 to assist with any needs.

Morning meal could have been better with more variety or options.

It has perfectly clean rooms and magnificent location very close to local point 90 mall, and cafes and restaurants and a supermarket to buy supplies. It includes central heating, a private safe and flat-screen TV. Best and respectful stuff made our stay.

Respectful staff, they gave nice tips. Room was spotless and extremely spacious for us with comfortable beds. Shower facilities, a bidet, and bath sheets were provided. Greatly enjoyed every moment there.

I had a fantastic experience at Prime Residence New. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and had all brand new furniture and equipment. The staff was incredibly caring and made sure all my needs were taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with a high level of professionalism. I have to give a special shout-out to the general manager who went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my stay. The hospitality was excellent!

I did have a few minor issues during my stay. I paid for an upgraded room but was given a lesser room instead.

The personnel is polite and welcoming. We 100% recommend this apartment to stay for 9 nights.
